If you sell in more than one currency, the raw numbers can’t simply be added together. Upstack converts every money value into one reporting currency before totalling it, so a revenue figure always means one thing.
Set your reporting currency in Settings → Account. Every dashboard query uses it, so the numbers you see are already converted.

Rates are historical, not current

Each amount is converted at the rate for the day that amount happened — the order’s date for revenue and costs, the spend date for ad spend. That makes reports reproducible: run the same April report in June and you get the same numbers you got in April.

Ad account budgets are different

Budget figures — daily budget, budget remaining, amount spent — aren’t tied to a single date the way an order is. They’re converted at today’s rate, and each row keeps the ad account’s own currency alongside.

What doesn’t get converted

  • Counts and percentages — order counts, sessions, conversion % have no currency.
  • Ratios built from money — ROAS, MER, CPA, CPM are computed from already-converted amounts, so they come out the same whichever currency you use.

Costs you enter yourself

Most costs — order fees, payment processing fees, shipping, fixed and recurring costs — let you pick the currency you actually pay them in. Per-variant product costs are the exception: they’re always in your shop currency. Everything is converted when it appears in reports, so changing your reporting currency never rewrites what you entered.
